The hotel was neat with friendly efficient and responsive staff and comprehensive breakfast. The location was easy, around 4-6 minutes' walk from a memorial park. Moreover, it's really close to numerous attractions, the metro, buses, taxis, ferries, train station, shops, restaurants and bars, and quayside. French cuisine was served in the attached restaurant. Appreciated my stay.

This hotel was good value as opposed to other options. The venue was lovely small thanks to its friendly efficient staff. The rooms were comfortably furnished and brand-new in general, with a view and terrace. Pancakes, eggs, bangers, and bacon provided in the morning. The location was excellent - very close to many restaurants and shopping, and Fort Saint Jean, Le Panier, ferries, and tour buses. Café Cafe Noir located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

A sofa set and a carpet inside the prestige queen room were handy. Our breakfast was comprehensive and with 'real' coffee; the staff was very skilled.
